She began by presenting valuable information and insight about the market for homes in our area. Sue distinguished herself among the several Realtors® that we were considering with her thoughtful and strategic personal assessment of how to best “position” and market our home. She then identified, committed to, and delivered a comprehensive marketing campaign that continued throughout the entire time that our home was on the market. Importantly, Sue and her firm “invested” in our sale by paying the significant marketing costs as they were incurred; other Realtors® we interviewed wanted to defer their payment of marketing costs until closing. And, no other Realtor® promised as an extensive, multi-faceted marketing campaign as Sue. "We would 100% recommend Kim! As first-time homebuyers, we have had many (many) questions. Kim's experience and connection to the community has been invaluable. In Fall 2020, we started the search for our first home with the expectation that we'd learn more about the market and look more seriously in Spring 2021. We reviewed countless online listings and toured in-person about a dozen properties in Concord, Carlisle, Lexington, and Acton. Our primary goal was getting an idea for picture v. reality and finding a buyer's agent. We met Kim at an open house in West Concord. We quickly knew that the house wasn't for us, but Kim might be. It was one of the most well attended showings that we attended, yet felt safe (pandemic-wise). We were impressed by Kim's skill at creating an efficient socially distant flow while connecting with each person. She was professional and answered all of our questions (and those we overheard) thoroughly. When we got home, we googled her and put her down as someone we wanted to connect with again. A couple weeks later, we attended an open house in Concord and fell in love. Less than an hour after we left, we decided to put in an offer and see what would happen so we called Kim and asked if she'd would be willing to act as our agent. She agreed and jumped into action.
